Karate has had a positive influence on Brayden between sparring, discipline, and social skills he has truly evolved into a phenomenal Lil' Martial Artist. The martial art's has improved his self-respect and confidence. Mike and I were hesitant to get Brayden involved with karate; however, it has paid off fully, because all three of us are now enrolled! Yes, mom, dad, and Brayden are all in karate and, not to mention, we ALL test for our yellow belt on January 12, 2013. Nonetheless, this is a family deal now, so if I were you I would proceed with caution. The Z’s have taken over the Z- Ultimate studio in Castle Rock!
